This is a program for anyone who wants to understand the different communication styles not only between the sexes but also between people generally.  The course focuses on the art of active listening, backed by the benefits of specific, succinct and generous responses.

Workshop brief

Upon competition of the course participants will…

 

I. be able to identify various communication styles;

 

II. demonstrate active listening skills; and

 

III. relate to the benefits of creative question asking technique.

Skills training & Professional Development

 

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to explore different ways people think and speak while mastering the art of constructive communication so they can always say what they mean and ask for what they want!

This workshop has a lot of philosophical enquiry based discussion and best facilitated over two consecutive days.

The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no les then 12.
