Success by Choice is a short but intense journey of self-discovery. The course is designed to assist the participant in getting ahead by expressing themselves creatively. This workshop focuses on the power of authentic and creative expression of oneself to help the participant to be more productive and better able to see and speak ones own truth in all facets of their life. This process is achieved through the experiential teaching of a number of skills related to creativity, management theory and group dynamics. Success By Choice will help you find ways to thrive at the job you now have, move into the career you truly want, or launch the business of your dreams! |

Upon competition of the course participants will...
I. have had the opportunity to explore the theory of creative visualization, journaling, goal setting, self-talk construction and other success techniques;
II. have the opportunity to practice the above techniques;
III. have developed skills to stay creative in a hostile and competitive environment;
IV. have found ways to stay creative despite criticism;
V. have identified how to apply their strengths to work situations;
VI. have found methods to be resilient in the face of depression; and
VII. explore ways to handle an impossible workload. |

Skills training & motivation & Professional Development |

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to explore the success teachings of the masters through an experiential program of skills and techniques taught by theorists from the east to modern guru's of the west. This workshop has a lot of philosophical enquiry based discussion and best facilitated over three consecutive days supported by a fourth face-to-face one-on-one coaching session between the facilitator and individual participants. The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no les then 12. |
