Upon competition of the course participants will...
I. be able to clearly identify their own stress triggers;
II. be aware of their personal physiological stress responses; and
III. have had the opportunity to explore a number of basic do-it-yourself stress management techniques that they can apply in their own lives. |

Skills training & motivation |
|
The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to explore their own stress triggers and coping skills whilst providing both theoretical and practical insights into personal stress management strategies. This workshop is highly experiential in its delivery and hence can only be delivered in as a full day of intensive learning. The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 20 participants. Such a numbers limitation and structure format helps to make sure participants are able to freely discuss both the theory and their personal experiences with the practical structures. |
