Our commitment to quality assurance and effective outcome delivery requires that all candidates are assessed through our specialised psychometric testing strategy.  During this process all candidates are profiled against benchmarks on attitude, skill, motivation, leadership, competencies and other desirable outcomes specific to the role.

Unlike many others in the recruitment game we list our area of speciality as people.  We have worked in all industry sets from accounting and finance to retail to legal to hospitality to education to IT&T and more.  During this time we have called upon our skills as psychotherapists and our understanding of people to ensure we are able to place the right candidate with the right mix of qualities to complement your business.

For a fixed rate we will:

1. Work with you to develop a competency framework for the role;

2. Conduct interviews and/or assist you to plan, prepare and conduct a successful round of interviews;

3. Work with you to develop effective targeted questions to select the best candidate and focus on factors and information necessary to assess the candidate’s skills, background and personality fit.

4. Perform psychometric testing appropriate for the role;

5. Assess each candidate’s relevant experience;

6. Conduct an effective reference check; and

7. If need be finalise contract discussions and hire the best candidate based on our joint assessment.
