Working from home can be wonderful, it also can be hard. Managing a Home-Based Consultancy will show you how to build a successful business, while maintaining motivation to continue working throughout the day (instead of doing the ironing) and maintaining an efficient office at home. |

Upon completion of the course participants will…
I. have written a mud-map business power plan;
II. have developed a mud-map sales, public relations, advertising and marketing strategy;
III. have defined their consulting difference;
IV. have scratched out a home-based systems management/office procedures plan;
V. have explored ones own organizational policies and corporate culture; and
VI. have mastered a personal motivational plan. |

Skills training & motivation |
|
The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to better plan all the 'nitty-gritty's' to be considered when planning to work from home - office space, motivation, marketing, business planning, staffing, etc. etc. The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no less than 12. However, the course content can be adapted to be delivered as a lecture program with open numbers above 30.
