Leadership is a hotly debated topic in the modern workplace...what is applied leadership and what is management?  This practical based workshop is specifically designed for the business professional to explore theories and methods of leadership that may work within their company.  Upon completion of the course you will have gained valuable insights into leadership, your leadership style, your management difference and areas of improvement your business may need to address so that it may retain good staff.

Product Summary

Upon competition of the course participants will…

 

I. have explored varied theories of leadership;

 

II. have written their own definition of leadership relevant to their experience and their current roles;

 

III. have developed a mud-map of applied leadership in which they will encourage within their workplace (or community group or home); and

 

IV. be able to clearly define their unique differences as a leader and a manager.

Skills training & motivation

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to practically explore leadership within their workplace culture and methods of improvement.

This workshop has a lot of philosophical enquiry based discussion and best facilitated over two consecutive days supported by a third face-to-face one-on-one coaching session between the facilitator and individual participants.

The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no les then 12.
