Dealing with difficult people |

Difficult people seem to be a part of life! This seminar will show you techniques that will boost your confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, raise your self-esteem and increase your feeling of being in control around such individuals. Other topics discussed include how to say “no” without feeling guilty; resist manipulation or intimidation and set your own agenda. Tools learnt will help to improve your relationships at work, and with family and friends. |

Upon competition of the course participants will…
I. clearly identify difficult behaviour and how best to respond to such patterns;
II. have a stronger understanding of their own difficult responses;
III. be able to define what is their primary emotional response to adverse situations;
IV. know how to best respond to different types of behaviour in different situational contexts. |

Skills training |
|
The aim of the workshop is to teach participants various ways to respond to the behaviours of difficult people so that they can better achieve within their own lives. This workshop is flexible and can be delivered in either a full day seminar (the preferred option) or as a half day program or for 90-minute sessions over a period of four weeks. The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no les then 12. However the course content can be adapted to be delivered as a lecture program with open numbers above 30. |
