Effective coaches can make a huge difference to the management processes of any company - imagine how well your team would work if your managers were also coaches. This intensive training workshop will teach you the skills required to be a good coach as well as giving you guidance on how to run a successful coaching strategy within your workplace. |

Upon competition of the course participants will…
I. Clearly understand the difference between coaching and counselling;
II. Have identified the importance of and practiced the communication skills of being a good coach;
III. Have explored the various ways in which coaching can be applied - life, spiritual, career, finance, business;
IV. Have explored various coaching models including face-to-face (6wk, 8wk, 12wk & monthly model) as well as telephone and internet coaching strategies and correspondence coaching methods;
V. Have established clear understandings of the boundaries of the coaching relationship;
VI. Have identified the importance of and practiced skills such as goal setting, philosophical enquiry, mentorship and other important processes involved in coaching a person; and
VII. Teach you the skills required to run a successful coaching strategy. |

Skills training & Professional Development |

The program aims to provide experienced professionals and leaders within the community with the opportunity to explore the skills, scope and role of coaching within their roles. This program works with a rather strict six day consecutive program is often best facilitated on a live-in bases; the delivery of the program over an intensive period helps participants to not only explore but also experience the benefits of coaching. The program is best facilitated in a workshop format with no more then 30 participants and no les then 12.
