Conflict mediation

Conflict Mediation works on the principle that constructive conflict is healthy as it reflects diversity.  The objective for the mediator is not to resolve the argument, but rather to raise participants’ awareness of the elements of their differences.  This then helps to build respect and open the communication flow, resulting in less conflict.

At Waterworth we work with teams coaching them in the principles of a Fair Fight so that when we are not there conflict differences do not dominate the office environment; but rather open honest communication that is respected.
