An avid student Shane has undertaken formal readings in theology, philosophy, psychology, business, finance and specialised areas of medicine and law; (which qualifies him to be a glorified counsellor). Throughout his career, he has been commissioned to perform many roles including trainer, business manager, youth worker, writer, coach, social researcher, political adviser and psychotherapist. Clinically, Shane has chosen to position himself as a registered Clinical Analyst (psychotherapy) with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and a qualified member of the Australian Counselling Association. In the financial services sector he is a full member of the Credit Ombudsman’s Services Limited, a licensed risk consultant and holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence. He also a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia, Lawfund Finance Program, the Australian Finance Group and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He keeps himself up-to-date on business matters through membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management. Shane brings to the consulting relationship more than fifteen years experience as a consultant, group facilitator, counsellor and coach. Over the years, he has worked with people from all around the world going through various stages of life change and has gained some powerful insights into what blocks organisations (and the people within them) from getting ahead. Throughout his professional life Shane has been awarded a number acknowledgements for the work he has done and the gains this has given the wider the community. These include a number of Career Achievement and Community Development Decorations through the Australia Councils Young Australian of the Year Awards Program; a position within the New Leaders Foundation and an Operation Livewire New Business Program mentorship; an Order of Australia recommendation nomination and several scholarships and small business awards. |

Based in Toowoomba on the top of the Darling Downs in Queensland Helen brings to the consulting relationship a true understanding of the challenges businesses face in providing support and development services for team members staffing rural and remote operations. It is this commitment to the services of the country that has meant Helen has received many awards and acknowledgements for her work in expanding services, particularly in community development, health care and education, throughout country Queensland and the far north-west of Australia. Throughout her career Helen has worn many hats performing the roles of teacher, counsellor, coach, business manager, grazier and mother. She applies the insights she gained through these roles in her work as a consultant often bringing about simple but highly effective change to how companies do what they do. Her straight talking elegance means she has received many fans amongst the clients and staff of Waterworth over the years. Helen currently dreams of being retired but has too strong of a fan base to let her do this fully, so she now shares her time split between being an active committee member of many community projects, a consultant and proud grandmother of her “greatest little treasures!”
